Our Proposal

Our initial proposal responds to two derelict plots near Roman Road high street which have been left undeveloped for the last 60 years. The site combines 4 linked plots that cover a combined area of 0.55Ha with 3 different owners.


We are proposing to build 45-50 houses on this identified derelict plot within the ward boundary, that will directly benefit those individuals in need of housing in the community.

We are working on the viability of this site and also searching for other available potential sites within the designated area of Bow East and Bow West.

The design includes:
  • ​A new public square

  • Affordable co‑working space / affordable commercial space 

  • Communal laundry / kitchen / multipurpose room / shared tools  

  • Guest flat / live-in building management 

  • Car club 

  • Communal allotments / gardens
